To make good pizza, you have to use fresh ingredients. That's why we start with the finest quality Italian "00" flour, fine sea salt, water, and yeast to create the perfect fluffy pizza dough, made in our kitchen every day. Then we combine marzano tomatoes, garlic, and salt to create the perfect Neopolitan-style sauce. After the fresh toppings are added, we cook everything in our brick oven, with a floor temperature of 550 degrees and a dome temperature of 1000 degrees. 90 seconds later, you're in pizza heaven.
Pair your pizza with one of our fifteen hand-crafted beers on rotation in the tap room. With a mix of lagers, stouts, sours, and more, you'll always find something that hits the spot.
